The information provided by BillBot does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional consultation. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific situation. Medicare benchmark data is used for comparison purposes only and does not represent what you should be charged.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload. You represent that you have the right to share any documents uploaded to the Service. Do not upload documents belonging to others without their consent.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
We take your privacy seriously. Uploaded bills are processed for analysis and patient names are redacted before storage. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid reports are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at team@billbot.co and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, BillBot's analysis is based on automated document extraction and publicly available data. Results may contain errors due to document quality, OCR limitations, or data availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any decisions made based on the information provided.
